The Manderville Wall

The Building I recenty worked in is named after Gunner M.J. Manderville MM who was a Air Defence Gunner in World War Two. He was awarded an immediate MM for his actions in Sicily. The BSM, MWO Guy Jomphe CD, wanted a display to honour the namesake of our building. After assisting him with alot of research, He produced a large wooden memorial with pictures of our buildings namesake,a scroll with his citation, pages from the book of rememberance, a picture of his headstone and maps of the area of operations. I was responsible for the procurement and mounting of a set of his reproduction medals for the display.
